Know that we were not far from you in appearance, but we sent you a body and ordered you to enter the presence of the beloved in the holy paradise. You paused in the annihilation of the Bab, bewildered, and have not yet been victorious in the holy city of the indivisible and the abode of divine mercy. Now observe that the door of grace is open and you are ordered to enter. But you have hidden yourself in illusions and presumptions and remained far from the abode of nearness.

By God, the truth is that we see you and others like you at all times. Some are standing in the depths of questions, some are halted in the depths of confusion, and others are veiled in the depths of names. So listen to the call of divine greatness that summons you and all things at all times from all directions, for by God the truth, the sender of destiny has appeared in the greatest scene, and what has not appeared has caused the earthquake of names, and all who are on earth and in the heavens have disbelieved and then fled.

Say, O people, by God the Mighty, the Beloved has uncovered the sun and the moon has been disturbed because the sea of the Greatest has been agitated in His essence by His most great, most exalted name. O people, recognize the value of these days, for in them flows the Salsabil and Tasnim, then this sacred, pure fountain. So turn your faces to it and do not turn to any turbid source.

With this divine call and the melody of the sacred sanctification that constantly speaks and sings with various songs, no one has sensed it in their souls. Then the blindness has spread to all who have eyes, the deafness to all who have ears, the weeping to all who have tongues, the veiling to all who have hearts, the ignorance to all who have knowledge, and the withholding to all who have recognition, except for those whom God has strengthened by His grace and separated from the worlds.
