Now, once again, in this pure tablet, the ancient tongue speaks in this greatest prison, saying: O friends of the Truth, hasten from the narrow desert of self and desire to the sacred realms of unity, and find refuge in the garden of sanctity and purification so that, through the fragrant breezes of deeds, all humanity may turn to the shore of divine glory. Never is it permissible to speak on worldly matters, matters related to them, or the outward rulers. Verily, God has granted the visible dominion to the kings. It is not permissible for anyone to commit an act contrary to the opinions of the rulers of the kingdom. What God has desired for Himself is the cities of the hearts of His servants.
