Say: This is certainly a heaven in which is treasured the Original Book (ummu l'kitab).[Note 1] If you only understood!

Indeed, this is He by whom the Rock cried out and the Lote Tree proclaimed on the lofty Mountain (al-Tur) [note 2] on the blessed land: "The sovereignty belongs to God, the Mighty One, the Beloved King."
